A note about coronavirus (COVID-19)

Dear friends,

By now, no doubt, you’ve received many of these types of emails with these types of subject lines. There is a lot going on in the world and we know needs are shifting quickly, so we will keep this brief.

Internally, Elysian has taken many steps to ensure the safety of our teammates including doubling our cleaning and sanitation procedures, restricting non-essential travel, encouraging those who feel sick to stay home, and allowing all employees to work 100% remotely for the time being. And though we are known for our fun and engaging events, we have made the difficult decision to suspend customer events in the short term.

We have always prided ourselves on being true partners in your business, that means when times are good and when things are challenging. We’ve been hearing from many of you the pain of having to suddenly shift workloads and ramp up colleagues on tools and technologies they may not be familiar with.

We are here to help.

We can help you design end user compute strategies for the remote worker, ensuring users have secure access to their applications and data while working remotely.

With employees accessing systems remotely, data protection is paramount. As more data is made available to the remote user in the cloud, every team needs a security and monitoring plan to minimize vulnerabilities. Do you need guidance on infosec or cybersecurity plans and options? Let us know, we are happy to help. We have worked with many companies of all sizes and needs. We can show you what has worked for them and create something that will work for you.

Do you need more devices for your colleagues to be able to work from home? We can assist in finding you what you need with flexible programs to work with your budget.

We are in contact with our vendors daily and so far, have experienced no lag in order delivery.

Our team is working hard to support each other and our customers, together we will keep your business moving.
